                                                                         VISION

Our vision is to help in the holistic development of each individual  student which will help in their upliftment and that of the area that they live in. To create a community that inspires and prepares better skilled, more knowledgeable and upright person.

                                                                        MISSION

Best Practices

  1. Peer teaching: The department focuses on peer teaching to promote the all-round development of students, build their confidence, and transform them into leaders. This approach effectively eliminates the authority gap, which can turn traditional methods into a stiff, intimidating, and boring process at times.
  2. Mentor-mentee relationship: All students are evenly distributed among the teachers in the department, who in turn provide assistance with any educational or personal problems that the students may be experiencing.
  3. Regular monitoring of students' performance and attendance: The performance and attendance of the students are monitored from time to time; the parents of those whose performance is low are called for a meeting with the department teachers to discuss the matter.
  4. Provision of financial assistance: Financial support is given to students who perform well academically but have poor economic situations.

Teaching Learning

The department of education focuses on an inclusive teaching and learning environment that helps enhance the abilities and progress of every individual student. The department focuses on:

  1. Physical classroom: In the physical classroom, direct face-to-face communication allows both the teacher and the student to concentrate on minute details that online methods often miss.
  2. Use of the Projector: The teachers make use of the department projector to help increase the students' attention, improve their retention of information, and simplify complex matters.
  3. Regular class through PPT: The teachers prepare PPT on a regular basis to enhance their teaching skills.
